VEGAN-LENT SYRUP

many times he explained at the seminars organized by ALMA LIBRE that the secret of successful syrups 

is the combination of many specific high quality raw materials, respectively with very precise and clear technologies. 

THE VERY HEALTHY ALEXANDROS-CASSANDRA CRUSTS are the main raw material for "syrups from the east" ._ cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_

ALEXANDROS crusts made from high-protein flours are essentially VEGAN.

VEGAN are also the fillings of nuts, cashews and pistachios that we use, VEGAN is the syrup with different degrees according to the recipe.

For "original syrups from the East", "Beirut syrups" as known 

The fat to be used, 100% COURSE FERMENT is not a vegan raw material in essence.

For the production of VEGAN-FAST SYRUPES, the ideal solution is instead to use cow's milk FERMENTS  

use of very special 100% vegetable  granular fat SUPER FAT

(triple refined cotton and sunflower fractionated fats).

We follow exactly the same technology and dosages that we use in the "original syrups from the East",

but definitely with another  taste and aromas of those provided by 100% ENZYME oil. 

100% vegetable  granulated fat SUPER FAT  provides 

light neutral plant taste and aroma with FAST - VEGAN properties.
